Ages 6–13: May access the app only with verified parental consent and must train with a certified MyPT trainer at approved facilities.
Ages 14–16: May train only under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian or with a MyPT trainer.
Under 16: Not permitted to access gyms or club locations without supervision.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without proper consent. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
10. Updates to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated occasionally. You will be notified of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app implies your agreement with the latest version.
